Conditions of Use

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the 77bd website accessible at https://77bd.vu and all associated sub-pages, services, games, and features offered thereon.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 77bd Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances deposited into or credited to a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "MFS" refers to Mobile Financial Services including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all time-sensitive operations on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on 77bd, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you are deemed to have unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. Access via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any application interface is equally subject to these terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 77bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 77bd strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Registrations by individuals under the age of 21 are void from inception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, associations, and automated systems may not register Accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform or self-exclusion register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 77bd or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 77bd Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and associated balances may be confiscated.

4.2 Account Verification

77bd may require Players to complete identity and payment verification ("KYC") at any time, including but not limited to at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or when unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of Account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds. 77bd is not liable for any delays or losses arising from a Player's failure to complete verification in a timely manner.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility unless you have previously notified 77bd of an unauthorised access event.

77bd will never contact you by email, chat, or telephone to request your password. If you receive any such request purportedly from 77bd, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to the support team immediately at [email protected].

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability in the Player's region:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Account dashboard.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account that was used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. MFS withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours (BST). Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days. 77bd reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests.

5.4 Fees

77bd does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which 77bd has no control. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen MFS provider or bank before initiating transactions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 77bd are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limits are specified on each promotion page. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

77bd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, exploiting low-margin bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinated play with other accounts to generate guaranteed returns from promotional funds. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, 77bd reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the relevant Account(s).

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account balance without compensation.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the 77bd Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that bet details — including selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. 77bd will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet due to a Player error in selection or stake amount, except where a technical fault on the Platform is demonstrated to have caused an incorrect bet to be recorded.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, market type, event, and Account verification status. 77bd reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any market at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, the market being suspended due to a technical error, suspicion of match-fixing or manipulation of the event, or the discovery that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Void bets are returned to the Player's Account balance at the original stake value, with no winnings applied.

7.4 Live Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's live betting rules. Odds on live markets are updated continuously and may change between the time a bet is initiated and the time it is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. Delays in internet connectivity are the Player's responsibility and do not constitute grounds for bet amendment.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account for the same individual (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of manipulation of the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from proceeds of criminal activity.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or staking patterns designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to mask your true location.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77bd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the proprietary property of 77bd or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77bd.

Game content, including graphical assets, audio, and software, is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in game content remain with the respective licensors.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bd, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores, and statistics.
• Losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, server downtime, or interruption of service, whether caused by 77bd or by a third-party infrastructure provider.
• Losses arising from delays in processing deposits or withdrawals by payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Losses arising from gambling decisions made on the Platform, including losses incurred through live betting, casino games, or slots.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77bd makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and connection are secure before accessing the Platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

77bd is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gambling environment for all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible via the Account dashboard or by contacting the 24/7 support team:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may configure maximum daily session lengths, after which the Account is automatically logged out until the following day.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the duration and net outcome of the current session, configurable by the Player.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform. During any exclusion period, login, deposits, and promotional communications are suspended.

The date on which these Terms and Conditions were last updated is displayed at the top of this document and in the Table of Contents sidebar. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 77bd is registered and operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 77bd, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation by contacting the 77bd support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable timeframe, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in the applicable jurisdiction.

For all disputes relating to individual bets, game outcomes, or account transactions, the records held by 77bd's server systems shall constitute the primary evidence of the transaction in question, unless a demonstrable technical error is identified. Players may request a transaction history from the support team at any time.
